Daniel P. Moloney, Ph. D.
President and Co-Founder

As President, Daniel Moloney plays a crucial role in identifying developing and guiding strategic direction for SwiftKnowledge, Inc. He adds over 15 years experience in research, planning, finance and technology. His business and technical experience is combined with a strong understanding of the decision support needs within public and private sector organizations. His role includes:

· Assessment of market positioning and competitive differentiation, market demand and technology opportunity, and the implementation of policy and procedures aimed at sustained excellence.

· Development of partner relationships to create solutions that provide value, drive incremental revenue and competitive advantage, and create stickiness in the market, translating and prioritizing needs based upon market opportunities and demands.

· Negotiation and solidification of partner relationships including software revenue sharing, licensing and consulting services terms, as well as main contact with Company general counsel.

· Oversight of company-wide day to day operations with special emphasis on consulting and BI services; provide vision to partners of software solution and manage team to ensure successful delivery.

Dr. Moloney is an accredited entrepreneur who has published multiple award winning papers in areas (Psychology and Institutional Research) which have significantly impacted field of knowledge and research. He is a former Co-Director, Decision Support, Control Data and Director Planning, Provost for Arts, Sciences and Engineering, responsible for all institutional research driving costs, revenues and personnel across undergraduate colleges on Twin Cities Campus for University of Minnesota.

His extensive background also includes being a Director, Budget Planning, College of Liberal Arts. Responsible for College wide budget of $70M+, all institutional research driving costs, revenues and personnel.

He is a devoted family man who’s passion for helping others find solutions transcended into his corporate life. At a young age he understood that different people had different needs and though needs may be similar his approach had to be as unique as the individual. Cookie cutter answers just wouldn't do. Swift Knowledge's approach to technology brings this philosophy to the surface. We make informed decisions, we don't run our business on a gut feeling, said Dr. Moloney. We take an in-depth approach to finding out our client’s wants and needs and personalizing solutions for their maximum benefit.

Dr. Moloney earned his Ph.D. in Psychology with emphasis on individual differences, behavior genetics, statistics, and information processing, at the University of Minnesota in 1990.


Allie Gentry
Chief Technology Officer, Vice President, Co-Founder

Allie Gentry has over twenty years of hands on experience related to technology infrastructure, architecture, application development, middleware, database design, data management, implementing new technologies, evaluation of current systems, operations, product selection and all phases of system delivery and support.

She plays a pivotal role on the SwiftKnowledge team. Her exceptional understanding of software development tools as well as exposure to designing and architecting business analytic systems has fueled innovation and afforded SwiftKnowledge, Inc. recognition as pioneers in the technology industry.

In addition; her in depth financial background, in managing budgets, and investment portfolios of up to fifty million dollars as well as the careful management of public and private funds from balance sheet, profit loss, cash flow, receivables and payables has made her an invaluable asset.

As Executive Vice President and Co-founder of web-based business intelligence, Allie is an active board member in defining and planning strategy direction of the company, company product, services, and support. She has guided the company in the development of patent pending software leveraging SwiftKnowledge's strength in business intelligence solutions. She is responsible for leading the technology efforts at Swift Knowledge, including engineering, Research and Development, IT, and operations.

Her extensive repertoire also includes:

Establishment of product development processes including development methodology, coding standards, roadmap schedules, software requirements and source control.

Established and maintained quality assurance, customer support, and distribution processes.

Management of overall technology direction and provide leadership for the technology area; develop strategic application technology architecture requirements and lead the Software and Product Support areas;

Leading the development team in architect, implementation of all aspects of software development at the system, sub-system and component levels;

Provide detailed planning, tracking and analysis of progress on all aspects of technical projects.

Developed a go-to-market strategy with specific execution plans related to software deliverables; strategy statements and software mapping

Researched and selected third party software solutions. Negotiated OEM license for vendor software integration

Allie previously served in a variety of executive positions including, Control Data-CIS Division as Co-Director Decision Support and at the University of Minnesota as the Director of Information Services. There she created and developed the first web-based financial reporting solution for the University of Minnesota and trained and distributed web-based reporting to over 500 staff.

Allie has authored various documents and videos for publication by Microsoft regarding web-based solution used by the University of Minnesota. Research, expertise and her unwavering commitment to excellence has made Allie Gentry a force to be reckoned with in the technology arena.
