Robert Olson Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Robert Olson, chairman of the board and CEO, brings more than 25 years of industry experience to SwiftKnowledge, where he is focused on strategic direction, business and partner development, and customer relationships. Prior to SwiftKnowledge, Olson founded Stellent, Inc. (formerly IntraNet Solutions) – a $125 million global provider of enterprise content management software solutions – and grew the company to a leadership position in that market, eventually selling the company to Oracle Corp. in March 2007 for $440 million. One of the earliest promoters of web-based applications in the United States, in the mid-1990s he capitalized on the technology shift from traditional document management to emerging Internet applications with an innovative web-based product that subsequently evolved into the award-winning Stellent Universal Content Management solution.
Daniel Moloney, Ph.D. Co-Founder and President As co-founder and president of SwiftKnowledge, Daniel Moloney plays a crucial role in identifying, developing and guiding the company’s strategic direction. Since co-founding SwiftKnowledge in 1999, Dr. Moloney has been instrumental in setting technology development direction, developing partner relationships, assessing the market and competition, and ensuring the successful deployment of the SwiftKnowledge platform across multiple organizations and verticals. He brings to SwiftKnowledge more than 20 years of experience in research, planning, finance and technology, combined with a strong understanding of the decision support needs within public and private sector organizations. Dr. Moloney is an accredited entrepreneur who has published multiple, award-winning papers – in areas such as psychology and institutional research – which have significantly impacted the field of knowledge and research. Matthew Connon Chief Operating Officer (COO) SwiftKnowledge COO Matthew Connon has more than 10 years of business development and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sales experience in the software industry, including more than three years as vice president of OEM sales at Fast Search & Transfer, Inc. While at Fast, Connon oversaw the creation of the company’s OEM product offerings, grew Fast’s annual OEM revenues to more than $10 million, and led Fast’s OEM product, marketing and sales strategies. Immediately prior to joining SwiftKnowledge, Connon was vice president of corporate development and general counsel at Jackpot Rewards, Inc. – an online, subscription-based shopping and rewards program – where he built the company’s partner sales channel and developed strategic partnerships that drove the growth of the company’s subscriber base. Before that, Connon was vice president of business development at open source-based server virtualization software provider Virtual Iron Software, Inc., where he created technology partnerships and go-to-market channel sales strategies with Hewlett-Packard, Dell, IBM and Intel. matt@swiftknowledge.com Gilbert Evans Vice President, Product Development As vice president of product development, Gilbert Evans is responsible for the company’s overall product development direction and related engineering efforts, including design, documentation and quality assurance (QA). Kari Seas Vice President, Marketing Communications As vice president of marketing communications, Kari Seas leverages more than 13 years of high-tech marketing experience to create innovative corporate marketing, public relations, industry analyst relations and lead generation campaigns for SwiftKnowledge. Seas spent seven years of her career at Stellent, where she built the company’s highly successful public relations and industry analyst relations programs, and consequently was promoted to vice president of corporate marketing. In that role, Seas led the company’s worldwide, integrated corporate marketing and corporate identity efforts, helping to position Stellent as one of the top enterprise content management vendors in the world. Prior to SwiftKnowledge, Walker was corporate controller at publicly traded nutraceutical company Integrated BioPharma; before that, he spent a year of his career at Stellent, where he was involved in the due diligence and integration of two acquisitions, as well as the sale of the company to Oracle.
