Robert Olson
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Robert Olson, chairman of the board and CEO, brings more than 25 years of industry experience to SwiftKnowledge, where he is focused on strategic direction, business and partner development, and customer relationships. Prior to SwiftKnowledge, Olson founded Stellent, Inc. (formerly IntraNet Solutions) – a $125 million global provider of enterprise content management software solutions – and grew the company to a leadership position in that market, eventually selling the company to Oracle Corp. in March 2007 for $440 million. One of the earliest promoters of web-based applications in the United States, in the mid-1990s he capitalized on the technology shift from traditional document management to emerging Internet applications with an innovative web-based product that subsequently evolved into the award-winning Stellent Universal Content Management solution.

Daniel Moloney, Ph.D.
Co-Founder and President

As co-founder and president of SwiftKnowledge, Daniel Moloney plays a crucial role in identifying, developing and guiding the company’s strategic direction. Since co-founding SwiftKnowledge in 1999, Dr. Moloney has been instrumental in setting technology development direction, developing partner relationships, and assessing the market and competition. He brings to SwiftKnowledge more than 15 years of experience in research, planning, finance and technology, combined with a strong understanding of the decision support needs within public and private sector organizations. Dr. Moloney is an accredited entrepreneur who has published multiple, award-winning papers – in areas such as psychology and institutional research – which have significantly impacted the field of knowledge and research. Prior to co-founding SwiftKnowledge, he established and co-directed Control Data’s new Decision Support group; before Control Data, Dr. Moloney spent 10 years at the University of Minnesota’s Twin Cities campus, where he served as director of planning for the Arts, Sciences and Engineering department – responsible for all institutional research driving costs, revenues and personnel across the campus’s undergraduate colleges – and also was director of budget planning for the College of Liberal Arts, where he managed a college-wide budget of more than $70 million. Dr. Moloney earned his Ph.D. in psychology with emphasis on individual differences, behavior genetics, statistics and information processing at the University of Minnesota in 1990. Allie Gentry
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As co-founder and CTO, Allie Gentry leverages more than 20 years of hands-on technology experience to help define the strategy and direction of SwiftKnowledge’s product, services and support offerings. Since co-founding SwiftKnowledge in 1999, Gentry’s research and technical expertise – combined with her unwavering commitment to excellence and in-depth financial background – has guided the development of the company’s patented software. She leads the company’s technology efforts in the areas of engineering, research and development, information technology, and operations by utilizing her knowledge of technology infrastructure/implementation, architecture, application development, middleware, database design, data management, systems evaluation, operations, product selection, system delivery/support and budget management. Prior to SwiftKnowledge, Gentry served in a variety of executive-level positions, including co-director of decision support at Control Data’s CIS Division and director of information services at the University of Minnesota. While at the University of Minnesota, she created and developed the university’s first web-based financial reporting solution, which was used by more than 500 staff. Matthew Connon
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

SwiftKnowledge COO Matthew Connon has more than 10 years of business development and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sales experience in the software industry, including more than three years as vice president of OEM sales at Fast Search & Transfer, Inc. While at Fast, Connon oversaw the creation of the company’s OEM product offerings, grew Fast’s annual OEM revenues to more than $10 million, and led Fast’s OEM product, marketing and sales strategies. Immediately prior to joining SwiftKnowledge, Connon was vice president of corporate development and general counsel at Jackpot Rewards, Inc. – an online, subscription-based shopping and rewards program – where he built the company’s partner sales channel and developed strategic partnerships that drove the growth of the company’s subscriber base. Before that, Connon was vice president of business development at open source-based server virtualization software provider Virtual Iron Software, Inc., where he created technology partnerships and go-to-market channel sales strategies with Hewlett-Packard, Dell, IBM and Intel. Prior to Fast Search & Transfer, Connon was director of business development for optical storage networking service firm GiantLoop Network, and he also practiced law with a Boston-based international firm focused on insurance and business law. Kari Seas
Vice President, Marketing Communications

As vice president of marketing communications, Kari Seas leverages more than 13 years of high-tech marketing experience to create innovative corporate marketing, public relations, industry analyst relations and lead generation campaigns for SwiftKnowledge. Seas spent seven years of her career at Stellent, where she built the company’s highly successful public relations and industry analyst relations programs, and consequently was promoted to vice president of corporate marketing. In that role, Seas led the company’s worldwide, integrated corporate marketing and corporate identity efforts, helping to position Stellent as one of the top enterprise content management vendors in the world. Immediately prior to SwiftKnowledge, she supervised integrated technology marketing campaigns for Oracle, and, before Stellent, held a variety of marketing roles at companies including Gartner Institute, Digi International and Globelle. Matthew Walker
Vice President, Finance and Administration

As vice president of finance and administration, Matt Walker has more than 11 years of accounting and finance experience, which he leverages to oversee SwiftKnowledge’s finance, accounting and administrative activities. Prior to SwiftKnowledge, Walker was corporate controller at publicly traded nutraceutical company Integrated BioPharma; before that, he spent a year of his career at Stellent, where he was involved in the due diligence and integration of two acquisitions, as well as the sale of the company to Oracle. Walker, a certified public accountant (CPA), started his career in public accounting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice, where he focused on the audit of technology companies.
