SwiftKnowledge technology can be implemented in as little as 30 minutes, with initial data upload potentially completed within a few hours.
Client-Side Software
The only software required is a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.) – SwiftKnowledge is a 100 percent web-based product with absolutely no Active x or Java applets downloaded to the client.
Consulting Services
Minimal consulting services are typically required for implementation because of the product’s inherent ease-of-use; however, experienced SwiftKnowledge consultants are available to provide consulting services as needed.
User Requirements and Access
Technical Ability
Minimal technical ability is required. SwiftKnowledge is easily used by non-technical, frontline information workers as well as business analysts or power users.
Security
Users are able to securely access the data required to do their jobs, but other sensitive data remains secure. So for example, a personal banker accesses a smaller subset of data than that accessed by the bank president.
Training
We provide training for both administrators and business users, as needed.

SwiftKnowledge’s business intelligence solution integrates data from various, disparate internal (such as Jack Henry Banking, Fiserv, Metavante and ProfitStars core systems in the banking market) and external data sources to provide a unified, comprehensive view of critical information.
Data Loading
SwiftKnowledge integrates with multiple platforms – such as IBM AS400, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server – and supports multiple formats, including Microsoft Excel and Access. This approach benefits organizations because data does not need to be extracted from other systems.
Data Security
SwiftKnowledge provides high standards of data security, reliability, and integrity. Secure networking standards are used to protect data during transmission and display.
Data Capacity
There is no limit to the number of users or database rows supported by SwiftKnowledge technology.
Data Synchronization
Data can be updated as frequently as needed and at the time(s) specified by the customer. Typically, data is uploaded nightly, but more frequent updates can be arranged.
Data Storage and Archiving
